President Yoon said at the National Prayer Breakfast held at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul this morning, "That is the way to embrace the truly weak in our society and the way to overcome the current complex crisis."



President Yoon said, "The internal and external environment is not easy, but we are trying to move toward a better future.



"I will walk the difficult path without hesitation if it is for the sake of our people and country," he said.



President Yoon also said, "I engrave again the promise I made when I first stepped into politics, the calling to defend and preserve liberal democracy," and added, "I believe that following this calling is no different from practicing the teachings of Jesus." I think," he said.



At the same time, he added, "I hope that the Korean church, which has been a great strength at every juncture in history, will continue to be a beacon of light to the whole world."



President Yoon attended the prayer meeting with his wife, Kim Kun-hee.



This prayer meeting is a non-denominational Christian congregation that started in 1966, and has invited the presidential couple once a year.
